Canberra airport owner Terry Snow says his business success is built on picking the right people.
He is applying the same approach to a new $50m philanthropic endeavour — funded by the Snow family — to enable top medical scientists to deliver game-changing research while maintaining a long-term commitment to Australia and ultimately becoming outstanding leaders. “You’ve got to get the commitment from the people to strive for excellence,” the Canberra billionaire investor says of the Snow Medical Research Foundation’s fellows program. “That’s why I think that I’ve been successful.”
